“Overall a decent hotel but rock hard beds and inability to plan for issues”

While I appreciated the option of booking a 2-room suite, my stay was marred by issues with the beds, which were so hard that I had to purchase a foam mattress topper just to get some decent sleep on the second night. To make matters worse, the hotel had a planned power outage on the third day, but failed to make necessary arrangements, leaving me to shower by phone light. This was particularly frustrating since they had advance notice and could have taken steps to mitigate the impact.

My stay was a mixed bag - the staff was friendly, but the air conditioning wasn't effective, and to top it off, I was overcharged and ended up paying over $1,000 for just 2 nights. The billing issue was a significant problem, as I was charged twice, and it took some effort to sort out the mistake. Despite the nice staff, these issues overshadowed my experience.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, everything was spotless. However, I felt that the breakfast selection was a bit limited and could have benefited from more variety. Overall, it was a decent stay, but a more diverse breakfast spread would have made it even better.

I was not impressed with my stay, as some employees seemed quite rude. Additionally, I felt that the hotel overcharged us and didn't promptly release the hold on the remaining balance. These issues detracted from what could have been a more positive experience.

Unfortunately, my interaction with the front office staff was unpleasant, as they seemed to be having a bad day and even expressed their dissatisfaction with their job. This made for a rather uncomfortable check-in experience.
