The bed was comfortable and close to the station, the accommodation had a private bathroom and plenty of room, but we couldn’t see the host even at the time of key handover and the city tax payment, the address listed by booking didn’t match the property, parking was only paid, the bathroom drains had to be plugged because the pipes emitted sewage smell, not all outlets in the room worked—only one near the bed did—and we stayed in full summer heat without light blankets, only a duvet and fleece blankets.

“Precio igual a la calidad”

The coffee maker worked well and the water pressure was very good; everything was really clean, the person I dealt with responded promptly, and the water was free and filtered. Although the map shows it as far away, mobility and transport are quite accessible and it’s easy to reach the centre. The beds had support boards in bad condition, there was only an old fan for summer for three people, which was clearly insufficient with the heat, and even though we asked for another, they said there wasn’t one. The towels were worn; they weren’t dirty but had stains from use and time.

The structure is in a very beautiful part of Florence, far from the chaos of the centre. The staff always responds quickly during the day and offers tea, coffee and water. For the price‑quality ratio compared to the city I can’t complain; in summer it would definitely need air conditioning, but there is a fan.
