The wellness was great, large and clean, and the front‑desk staff were super, professional, and friendly. The food and dining staff left a lot to be desired. Outside there was a lot of noise, and we didn’t sleep at all. The rooms really needed a renovation – the carpets were worn, the walls were greasy. The Wi‑Fi connection was very weak, poor. Even the shower curtains needed some upkeep, missing hooks. We stayed in January 2026 and the services have worsened since then.

The beds were broken, the cleanliness was poor, the TV picture quality was awful, and there was noise and odors from the kitchen on the ground floor.

The setting was beautiful, the wellness and pools were excellent, the cleanliness was good and the staff were very pleasant, and the food was decent. Even with the best effort (everything was clean) the housekeeping still couldn’t replace the old, faded carpet or remove the greasy stains on the wall behind the sofa by the main guests – only a fresh coat of paint after proper degreasing would really solve it. A more practical, long‑term sustainable solution would be better. The furniture in the room already shows some age.
