The rooms were spacious, the bathroom was nice, everything was very clean, and the communal area was pleasant. For the price it was great and it was decently close to most places in Chiang Rai. The only real problems were that my room had no window, which was a bit odd, and the mattress wasn’t very comfortable.

The hotel sits in a quiet spot, rooms are tidy and the staff are welcoming, which is decent for a budget place, though most rooms lack windows except for 314.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the location is fairly close to the city centre and easy to reach by Grab taxi or scooter, but the building looked a bit worn; cleanliness was only average, with plastic on the floor, a somewhat unkempt look, and the bathroom fan was very dusty and dirty.
