The welcome was warm, the staff were helpful and listened to my immediate needs.

The place kept pinging me on WhatsApp, and I almost fell for a scam from someone claiming to be from the establishment; they told us not to use WhatsApp, so we didn’t. The manager was aggressive and upset that we didn’t share info via WhatsApp. There were no plugs in any basins or the bath, so we couldn’t wash dishes. A washing machine was present but there was no detergent or pods. The staff and the accommodation were disappointing.

The space and common areas were generous. The staff were a bit insistent about rules and instructions.

The surrounding environment was tranquil. We felt very comfortable. The Wi‑Fi did not work for me.
