The check‑in was a bit odd, and there are a lot of stairs to climb with luggage, plus the room is quite dark.

The air conditioning works well, the room is a good size, and there’s a coffee machine with some capsules. If you booked for the pool you’re disappointed: the water isn’t clear, the pool has no towels, the TV is awful, and the Wi‑Fi is weak.

The lady who handles check‑ins is friendly and quick to respond. We booked two rooms for three kids but only used one, yet we were charged for breakfast. They received a room nobody used, it was dirty, and it was prepared for other guests. The sofa in the room was completely broken, no arm. The croissants at breakfast were burnt, and the juice was served in plastic cups. Even for €90 per room there should have been more care and pride.
