Great value and location for my needs. We checked in at 3 pm and left to visit family, returning at 10 pm. The A/C was set to the coldest setting but I woke up hot at 1 am; the A/C never got cold. I mentioned this to the front desk.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, constantly checking if everything was fine and if we needed anything during the day. The facilities were clean and conveniently close to everything we needed.

Good location and friendly staff. Not the property’s fault: Ocala is very humid and it’s hard to escape the humidity even indoors.

Very clean. I was quoted a pet fee before arriving and was told by front desk staff that the fee was $65 per pet, but my credit card was charged $75 per pet.
