The front desk staff were lovely, but the room was disgustingly dirty: floors, beds, and the artwork behind the bed—used as a headboard—were smeared in bodily fluids, and smudges from previous guests marred the walls. It was absolutely disgusting.

Everything about the place and the customer service blew me away, especially the jacuzzis, but the bed was broken in the middle, so we didn't get proper rest—that was the only downside.

The location is great, so not much to complain about, but the housekeeping staff rushed us when we literally needed to grab a little of our stuff and she had a rude, dirty attitude.

The breakfast was free and I was comforted knowing it was there. The rooms themselves were well received; beds were comfortable, AC and fridge worked well, and the TV was a plus. The restrooms, toilets, shower, and laundry room did not meet a disabled person's needs: the toilet was too small and low to the ground, hard to get on and off; the shower had no holding bars; the laundry room was on the second floor.
