Fantastic B&B in a great location overlooking the sea; the room was a good size and well appointed, breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice and piping hot, staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Nothing to add.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay, especially loved the sea views and comfy bed. Everything was exceptional!

The house is in a great location overlooking the sea with on‑street parking and a handy public carpark; we enjoyed a king‑sized room on the first floor overlooking the sea, complete with an en‑suite shower, wardrobe, drawers, sofa, two chairs, and a coffee table—so well equipped. Breakfast had a good selection, including a vegetarian option for my wife. This is being picky but the sofa and easy chair were not easy to get out of, but then I am 82!

We had a large kingsize room overlooking the sea, very clean and fully equipped with bottled water, the bed was extremely comfortable, breakfast was first class, and I even met Sally the resident dog. Nothing else.

Location, good breakfast options, very clean, good value, parking adjacent. No residents' lounge; it would be good to have one available
