The location was excellent, the apartment was beautiful and modern, the neighborhood had a typical market nearby, the breakfast café was great, and the place was safe and strategically positioned.

“Overall not good value for money”

The place sits conveniently next to the Vatican and a metro station, in a safe area, and the water pressure at the B&B was pretty decent. However, the noise insulation in the room was terrible – you could hear everything happening inside the apartment, which is made up of separate single rooms. Our room, which has its own bathroom, was right next to the shared bathroom, so we constantly heard doors slamming and the toilet and shower in use. Outside, motorcycle traffic was loud and you could hear it all. The bed sheets and towels had marks on them, and the check‑in/check‑out process was very strict: on arrival day the link with instructions only appeared at the specified time after 4 PM, and you could open the front door only via a link they sent. The amenities were low quality and not that great.

“Perfect”

I was very happy with my stay. The hotel is close to Vatican City, the metro, and buses. The room was very clean, tidy, and modern. There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the price was reasonable. It couldn’t be any better – I would stay again if I were in Rome. Nothing was wrong; it was perfect.
