Janaka is a wonderful host who always greets you with a smile and is ready to help with anything; I love the location, close to town and just 5 minutes from a quiet stretch of coastline; the room was spacious, very clean, and the bathroom was clean and functional; Janaka was always willing to take me on his scooter to nearby spots to see elephants for a fraction of a safari price; there was a well‑equipped kitchen available whenever I needed it.

Nice atmosphere, hassle‑free, full kitchen use, super nice host, and the room and bathroom were spotless; one of the best places I’ve stayed in during my 6 months in Sri Lanka, and there’s nothing to dislike—everything is great 👍.
