I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience at this hotel. They charged me significantly more than the rate I booked the room for, and the service was subpar. When I tried to reach out to customer care, I didn't receive any response, which made me feel like I was being taken advantage of.

My experience with booking a room through a popular app was a nightmare. When I arrived at the hotel, the owner claimed that my booking wasn't confirmed and I had to pay extra for the room. I felt helpless and had to pay, which was frustrating. It seems that some hotels and app services take advantage of customers in such situations, and I won't be using this app for booking again.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a disaster, especially with a family. The cleanliness was a major issue, and it made our stay uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those traveling with family.
