“Good hotel, awesome location, outstanding staff”
The location, cleanliness, and above all, the staff are this hotel’s biggest strengths. The room is small but thoughtfully equipped with everything you need: a comfortable bed, air conditioning, a window that opens, a good shower, nice wardrobe space, a safe, and a mini fridge. As for breakfast, the scrambled eggs were a personal favourite, prepared exactly the way I like them. The location is fantastic, right in the city centre, next to Mercado, close to the old town, and the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and excellent public transport connections including tram lines (for Benidorm or Sam Juan beach for example) and the C6 bus directly to the airport. However, what really made my stay special was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, warm, and welcoming. They were always available to answer any questions, offer help, and make sure I had everything I needed. Their genuine hospitality made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. There are two things worth mentioning. The first is the lack of a terrace or balcony, which is understandably something that cannot be changed. Since the rooms are quite small, I imagine it could be challenging to find space to dry towels and swimsuits, especially for guests visiting in summer primarily for a beach holiday. The second point is breakfast variety. While there is a decent selection, I agree with some previous reviews that it could be improved. Adding a few more options, such as boiled eggs, plain or Greek yogurt, salad variety, and one additional dish, would make it even better
