“Miserable staff, good but noisy at night location, overall poor experience.”
Good location, but communication was dreadful and only available for a small amount of hours in the day. Didn’t respond to messages. Tried to charge more for self check‑in!! No mention at time of booking. Complicated and felt very uncared for. Staff miserable. Breakfast basic. Some nice features in the hotel but overall it was a poor experience – felt they were more interested in the money rather than caring towards guests. Locations great but downside noisy at night.
