The facilities were decent, the room was a good size with a nice balcony, and a bar fridge kept our drinks cool after we rearranged furniture to plug it in; however, the rooms needed a deep clean and some maintenance, a curtain fell off the rod because it wasn’t fixed to the bracket, and the pool was empty so we couldn’t swim.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, the location was convenient, and the room was spacious with a balcony that offered a nice view; however, the advertised swimming pool was empty so we couldn’t swim, the restaurant staff were not especially friendly, and the bathroom grout needed a thorough scrub and cleaning, which lowered the overall cleanliness.

The property was clean and lovely, the beds were comfortable, the food was good, and the environment was tidy; the staff accommodated us quickly for a last‑minute reservation and even picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, but the price felt high by local standards.

Only four rooms offer a view worth noting when booking; the reception staff were extremely snide and grumpy, but the kitchen staff were very helpful, and the pool was empty.

There is a large parking lot at the hotel, its own bar, and an elevator; ongoing construction from the new extension creates constant noise, the pool has no water, and the staff are demotivated and unable to calculate.
