The room equipment and cleanliness were impeccable. The check‑in turned out to be problematic: the owner told me to contact her after arrival to get the entrance code, but at the agreed time she didn’t answer my calls despite several attempts. I ended up waiting outside for over half an hour, stressed and without a backup plan for staying in Mikołów. A better solution would have been to give the code earlier.

The location is very convenient, the staff are polite, and there are nearby shops. I will book this hostel again when I need it.

I recommend it and will definitely return in a year. It’s very close to the center. The place is spotless, the sheets and towels smell fresh. I had quick contact with a friendly and very helpful owner. There is a fully accessible kitchen on site.
