I love the surroundings; the location is very strategic near KLCC and Ombak. The ambience is nice, the food is good, the staff are friendly, and the layout is perfect. Nothing negative.

The station is close by, just a step out of the MRT exit. The room is huge, and the kitchen even has a water purifier, so it could be good for long stays. However, the shower door is open at the bottom, so when I showered the water splashed everywhere and the bath mat got soaked and unusable. Because of an event the price jumped, the cost didn’t match the quality.

The location is very strategic, right next to the new Ombak Mall and within walking distance of the KLCC Twin Towers. The staff were very polite; when I told them I had to leave at 2 am the next morning, they offered to pack early breakfast for me. When the TV remote stopped working, technicians came a few times to fix it. I even got a larger room, effectively an upgrade from a twin room to a twin apartment. The Wi‑Fi sometimes disconnects by itself.
