We didn't stay at the Portezuelo hotel; we were redirected to the PUNTA DEL ESTE ARENAS hotel. The only thing I can say is that everything was a real mess; they gave us a dirty room, and the rest of the hotel was in terrible cleaning condition. I could write a thousand more points, but that should be enough to discourage anyone.

The location is good and the hotel surroundings are well maintained, but we didn't like being charged separately for parking. They also added a 10% extra fee for non‑foreign guests, which wasn't mentioned in the listing. Additionally, the bidet didn't work.
