The service was bad, really Spanish and, besides the abundance, there wasn’t enough choice for us. The buffet was really bad, the food was cold, especially what should have been warm. There was plenty of choice but everything was cold.

The staff were friendly. The food was good for a great price. As a service, my motorcycle was kept in the secure garage.

The hotel sits right in an industrial zone, and the rooms feel old and very noisy—like truck wheels are rolling into the room. The restaurant food was inedible, just microwave meals, and it was incredibly loud with screaming kids, while the staff member was very unhelpful and unfriendly. The spa area is outdated and desperately needs a makeover. You’re forced to wear a bath cap, which you have to buy for €3, and you’re limited to just 45 minutes of use, which is barely enough; you also have to schedule an appointment. You can’t use it whenever you want, and every 10 minutes a so‑called spa master checks on you. In short, it’s far from relaxing or wellness‑like—just stressful and uncomfortable. We booked two nights but left after one. When the receptionist asked why we were leaving early, I honestly said we didn’t like it. Her only reply was “muy bien, perfecto.” She didn’t ask if we wanted a solution or any compensation. Very sad!

The beds were clean, but some of the spa jets weren't working.
