“Bof”

We liked the overall design of the hotel, the comfort of the bedding, the size of the room, the availability of parking, and the quiet in the room. The housekeeping staff pressured us to leave early so they could clean. The apartment felt a bit cold, especially the bathroom. The “sea view” claim is exaggerated – we can see the sea only by pulling back the curtain of the small window. The breakfast buffet area was quite austere. Some issues: the curtain rod in the room prevents the window from opening, making it hard to lock the blinds. The shower tray was not clean, and it was too expensive for the level of service.

We were greeted warmly by the staff, who were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay; the service was excellent, and we really appreciated the hospitality and care from the team, making our experience very pleasant.

“As always, a wonderful holiday at Xenones Filotera”

The location, peace, quiet, and views were great, and the staff were fantastic and a lovely team; after staying here four times since 2017, we love it, but the rooms feel a little tired and the cleanliness doesn’t reach the level it deserves.

“Our Santorini Stay”

The staff and views were great, and the room was very comfortable and spacious; however, we had an evening meal we didn’t enjoy and didn’t return, and a spot on the balcony to dry swimwear would be useful, while breakfast food was average.

“Location, service, breakfast, staff - all great!”

The location between Oia and Fira was great, and our room had a private porch with a hot tub overlooking the water; we received a welcome drink, had dinner there the first night which was very good with the same beautiful views, and the included breakfast was very good with many choices, so we loved this hotel!
