Everything was ruined by the rude staff. It was past midnight when I reported that the door wouldn’t close properly. They took a long time to send maintenance at that hour. I told them it was too late and I couldn’t wait, so they offered to change me or let me leave and refund me. Midnight? They would refund the platform, and where would I sleep after a long day of work? The room was unsafe – it was a risk to stay there.

The spot is really convenient, with a 7‑Eleven and an Oxxo right across the street, plus an ice machine and daily housekeeping that swaps out towels. A couple of mornings the breakfast was pretty mediocre—soft, chewy totopos for the chilaquiles, and one day the “shrimp croquettes” were terrible; the beds weren’t the comfiest, the coffee maker we got on arrival had moldy water because it hadn’t been cleaned, and my key card got de‑programmed three times, forcing me to go down and have it reset.
“Cómoda”
The location was great, and there were no problems.
I can’t really give an opinion because we had to find another hotel after the rooms we were given were unacceptable. The rooms assigned to us were in terrible condition, there were no towels, and I ended up having to abandon those rooms and book elsewhere; we only used 2 of the 7 rooms that were rented.
The chilaquiles at breakfast were stale, the bathroom water leaked, the air‑con was very loud, the curtains were dirty and the towels were worn and torn.
