The location is excellent (coordinates 23°06′54.65″N 113°14′03.71″E); the lobby is pretty and the rooms are fairly comfortable (bed and cleanliness are okay). However, the common areas are dirty and deteriorated, the provided washing machine doesn’t work, the front‑desk staff are polite but ineffective, and the Wi‑Fi is unreliable.

The hotel is very convenient for the metro and nearby attractions like the old town and Shamiandao Island. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good, and communication was efficient with helpful staff. The Google Maps location is incorrect: the hotel sits on Penglaizheng St, a 3‑minute walk from Huangsha metro station. The reception and some public areas were a bit shabby, and my room had a window but the only view was the adjacent wall.

The spot was convenient, everything was clean, and all the essentials were there (kettle, tea, small bathroom items).

Everything super, one of the few hotels where it's clean and doesn't stink, high ceilings, clean linens, large window and good housekeeping! Super! We had a VIP room. Everything liked.

The staff were helpful and the location was good, but the washroom opened into the room and the smell filled the whole space.
