The property features a minimarket, outdoor seating, picnic area, hairdresser, family rooms, and a children’s playground, plus free on‑site parking. Guests enjoy skiing, cycling, and nearby attractions such as Carezza Lake, Monticolo Lake, and Bolzano Train Station.

The loft apartment had a stunning view of the Latemar massif, and the furnishings, including the bathrooms, were plenty and clean. The owners were helpful and always willing to resolve any issue. The town is small but well-equipped; within walking distance you’ll find a COOP store that’s well stocked, a bakery with excellent ice cream, a shop selling regional cured meats, and a great wine shop that we recommend. They serve local wines. The guest pass includes free local transport, which we also recommend. Bus stops are at the COOP and the church, making this transport option ideal for day trips. The only downside is that it’s a farm accommodation, so you have to keep that in mind.

Beautiful building with brand‑new, spotless apartments. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything you need. I highly recommend it!
