Nothing, it’s a scam! From the moment I booked, I asked to arrive at a specific time, but no one from the hotel staff answered me. On the day of the reservation, when I arrived at the address, the HZ Guesthouse didn’t exist. I immediately asked for help from booking, but I have to wait for their investigation to get my money back. I hope they do the right thing!

They never answered my calls, I didn’t use the room, it’s fraud.

The coffee maker, fridge, and microwave were all there, but there was no water to drink.

The place is just a short walk from Parque Bicentenario and only two blocks from the metro, so moving around was a breeze; the host and the manager were both very attentive and responsive. The only downside was the unavoidable noise from outside, which the host couldn’t control.
