I found the lodge in a great spot, walking to the whole downtown without needing a car; the staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was simple but fresh, with scrambled eggs made on the spot, and the place felt cozy though plain. The room’s facilities were old; the blankets and linens were clean but clearly well‑used, the bathroom was spacious but had no shelves for toiletries, and the lighting was very weak.

The inn is simple but offers good beds and pillows, a decent shower, a room with a heater and Wi‑Fi, clean rooms, and friendly service. I didn’t find anything I disliked, only that the breakfast could have been a bit better.
