The room was small but nice, the bed was comfortable, the location was okay, and one night was fine; I recommend it, though the room was truly tiny for a single night.

During a business trip I had two serious issues that lowered my rating. First, the room was constantly cold; even after setting the thermostat to the maximum, the interior stayed chilly and I ended up catching a cold. Second, the billing process was problematic. When I asked for a private invoice with my name and surname instead of a NIP due to special travel expense rules, one shift told me it was impossible. After a brief argument, they gave me a proforma, claiming it was correct. The issue was only resolved on the next shift when I met someone who could correctly use the invoicing software without entering a NIP. The lack of staff training and the treatment of a guest who needs proper expense documentation is a major drawback.
