Overall we were quite satisfied with everything; the staff were very pleasant, the pool and sauna were also great, and the breakfast was plentiful. The problem with payment and the sending of an insufficient invoice was not resolved; after two phone contacts I still haven’t received an answer or a solution to the issue.

The location where the accommodation is situated feels like a fairy tale; the rooms and the restaurant were cold, and the menu was the same every day.

The location is superb, right next to the hotel there are beautiful meadows with views, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were also good. I would give a 10/10 rating, but unfortunately the mattresses were terribly saggy and it was impossible to sleep on them.

The rural area is well‑located near hiking trails in the heart of the reserve, there’s a sauna and pool A, and the morning is reasonable. There is no kettle for coffee in the rooms, very few restaurants nearby; you can eat at the hotel but you must book by 19:30.
