The hotel is conveniently close to the MRT and the lively Serangoon Rd, and it’s one of the nicer spots in the area with solid amenities, daily housekeeping, and helpful front‑desk staff. The loft room was smaller than the photo suggested, and there was no dedicated luggage area, so our suitcases ate up most of the floor and moving around was a challenge.

The hotel is quiet, the pool is tiny but spotless, and the location is super handy with easy transport and nearby shops. The room is functional, complete with a work desk, but it’s quite small, leaving little room for anything beyond sleeping and desk work.

The location is great and the staff helped with an early check‑in. Everything else was fine, no complaints.

Location is excellent. Rooms are smaller. I have opted for breakfast on billing basis. Breakfast quality was not up to expectation. Farsan, dry fruits with cereals was not fresh as not stored in airtight containers. The tea was too cold. Water glasses were dirty. Fruits were overripe,. Breakfast area was not maintained
