Hotel Horní Pramen

Hruza! Never again. After the walk a group of foreign‑speaking people, apparently from Ukraine, wandered around. For our little room we had a room directly opposite. They were quite loud and disturbed the night’s peace. When I reminded the staff and the people from three other rooms, they left them at 3 am and the place was quiet. In the morning I spoke with the lady at reception and she just said that they have a long‑term problem with this group and don’t know what to do about it.

“Skvělé večeře”

The kitchen was excellent, dinner served as a hot buffet so everyone could pick and mix as they liked. The three‑bedroom room doesn’t have much extra space, but if you mainly want to sleep there and spend the day outside, it’s fine.

“Mimo że ośrodek pamięta lata 90’ to jest zadbany. Fajny czeski klimat”

The location is on the outskirts. Quiet. You have to walk a short distance down to the town.

The window gave us a great view of the surroundings, which was the highlight of the stay. Unfortunately the hotel itself looks a bit dated and could use some refurbishment. Overall, the scenery made up for the wear and tear.

“Prima hotel op een geweldige locatie”

The spot is fantastic – a lovely front-facing view and a forest with walking trails right behind it. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was solid, always topped up. The only downside was that the rooms were pretty noisy, so you could hear a lot from the hallway.
