The hotel is very nice with plenty of amenities outside, but the street outside is very noisy.

The location is great, but the street noise is intense; I wouldn’t recommend it for people who want quiet. I booked the room for the jacuzzi, but after the first use the tub leaked and flooded the lower floor. They moved me to another room, which was inconvenient.

“Excellent city location with easy access to trains and the airport”

The place sits right across from the train station, and getting to the airport by public transport is easy; there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The room has no safe, and the lighting—especially in the bathroom—could be better.

We liked the hotel’s location and the staff were polite and tried to help when we encountered problems. Unfortunately, the overall experience was heavily affected by cockroach issues in the room. The situation with the cockroaches was completely unacceptable. Even after fumigation and a room change attempt, the problem persisted and we saw many cockroaches. It was very unpleasant and made us feel unsafe, especially since we were traveling with two small children. We ultimately had to leave the hotel and stay elsewhere. The breakfast was also poor and the lighting was mediocre.
