The photo used in the ad and the originality felt different from what I expected, but the location, cleanliness, and overall ambiance fell short of my standards.

Nothing good, everything bad.

The rooftop view was absolutely mesmerizing and became the highlight of my stay; the staff were polite and helpful throughout, and the food tasted good, though the portions were smaller than I anticipated. I was disappointed with the tea, as I love a strong cup and ordered it twice. I had booked a Super Deluxe Room, so I expected a spacious space, but the first room shown was extremely small with a bed right next to the door, leaking walls, a tiny bathroom, and essentially nothing else. I told the staff it didn’t look like a Super Deluxe room and that I didn’t like it. We arrived well before check‑in and had to wait because other rooms weren’t available; after a while they offered another room that was slightly better but still only average. I pointed out that it didn’t match the online photos, and they explained those were of their King Room and offered to show it. The King Room was better than the previous two but still just decent, and they quoted a higher price for the upgrade. After some negotiation, they lowered the extra charge by only ₹200. The room we finally accepted was on the rooftop; it was pricey, but the view was genuinely beautiful and the entire rooftop area felt great. However, a major downside was that because many hotel guests came up to the rooftop to enjoy the view, we couldn’t keep the curtains open without sacrificing our privacy.

Only the lower price was a plus, but parking was inconvenient and the first‑floor room had no view.

The overall experience was good; nothing to complain about.
