The location was good. It was impossible to sleep on the sofa bed, and it couldn’t accommodate three people. The damp smell was unbearable and the towels were terrible.
It’s fine if you just want to stay. When I entered the room, hair was everywhere. Cleaning supplies were available, so I tried to use a quick wipe but there were no sheets, so I had to use tissues. From 30 minutes before checkout, a person who looked like a cleaning staff was leaning against the window right in front of me, which was annoying; I felt rushed.

The location, cleanliness, clarity, and promptness of the host were excellent.
Only two minutes from the station and overall great. I wish there were at least one or two complimentary water bottles; they arrived late and I still needed water.
We had a great time at the apartment; it was clean and fully equipped. It sits on the quiet side of Shinjuku, very close to a metro station. We highly recommend it. The owner was very nice and answered every question from afar quickly.
