We were impressed by how spotless the entire property felt. The breakfast selection was decent, though guests should arrive early to dodge lines – the staff reminded us about this. The spot was ideal for our plan to visit the aquarium, and the mall next door looks promising once it fully opens. On the downside, there weren’t many English‑language movies for non‑Chinese speakers. The hotel’s seafood restaurant was a let‑down; while the staff did call our last order, they turned off the air conditioning before we finished eating, making the room unbearably hot and leaving me reluctant to eat even though food was still on the table.

The location was great, the staff were very friendly and comfortable, and the range of facilities suited everyone, even kids, with spacious rooms and easy interconnectivity – overall, an excellent hotel! The only issue was that the bathroom drainage system needs improvement for smoother draining.

The place was comfortable and situated close to Chimelong Park, and the staff were friendly.

We appreciated the free shuttle to Ocean World and that the shops and supermarket are in the same building as the motel. The mini‑bar fridge was a bit too small.
