“We had a nice stay but the room was “musty””
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the spot is excellent and close to many places; the room was just okay, it smelled musty when we arrived, and even pulling a plate out of the cabinet released a big puff of mustiness—definitely needs a dehumidifier.
It was amazing, with no real complaints except the guide didn’t work on our TVs—otherwise it was wonderful, and we weren’t really on vacation to watch TV, so that was a minor issue.

The pool was great, yet the first room had a strong mildew smell; the staff were friendly and moved us to another building, but the odor persisted, and a spray treatment felt like lipstick on a pig; the moldy scent returned, and I coughed all night.
