The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel’s central spot made getting around a breeze, but the room’s cleanliness was disappointing—everything seemed dust‑laden, the bedding had an odd smell, and a picture frame was left on the floor. I was also upset to discover the bathroom was shared, a detail I hadn’t known when booking. The breakfast was underwhelming, offering only tea, orange juice, or coffee; I couldn’t drink tea, was allergic to orange, and the coffee was awful, so I ended up buying a drink at Tesco. For a breakfast that’s supposed to be included, I expected more variety.

I liked the variety of breakfast options, both hot and cold, and the rooms were comfortable; the staff communicated well, and the location right by the station was great.

Location spot on. Right across from Nottingham train station. TESCO right next door and a bar on site! Good continental breakfast included, could also pay more for a huge full cooked breakfast. Lovely staff let us keep our luggage there after check out so we could visit the sights. No ensuite bathroom, but we did know that and that was reflected in the price . No elevator but the staff do help carry cases if necessary
