The location was great and the room was clean. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it was a full kitchen. There was no space for luggage, and the closet was very small. The area around the bed was also narrow, so a suitcase couldn’t fit. We kept the suitcase standing and closed, which was very inconvenient whenever we needed something. The bathroom was very small with limited space for personal items.

The location and the very good breakfast were positives. The rooms were very small and cramped.

The location was excellent with a subway stop next door, breakfast had a good variety, staff were friendly and helpful, the kitchenette worked, and daily room service was available. We stayed for 12 nights. The elevators were slow, and there wasn’t much room for two suitcases, but it could be managed.

The location was great and the neighborhood surprisingly quiet for Manhattan’s center; the mattress was very comfortable and the street had many florists, which was pleasant. Breakfast was included but not very good and lacked variety. The kitchenette was fully equipped with plenty of kitchen gear, and there were many restaurants, shops, and a nearby subway station. However, when I arrived the room wasn’t ready, and I had to wait at least 10 minutes for one to be assigned, despite booking long in advance. Moreover, it didn’t match what I had reserved: there was no city‑view window as shown in the photos, only a balcony I never used, blocked by buildings.
