The spot was spot‑on, just a stone’s throw from Lages beach, so hopping back and forth was a breeze. The room itself was neat and cozy. I wasn’t a fan of the pool’s look—maybe it was dirty or the tiles were old—so I didn’t bother trying it.

Location was great, and Cristiano’s service was top. I have nothing to complain about.

The location is decent, about a five‑minute walk from the beach, and Cristiano was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was reasonably clean—the floor was spotless, though the shelves still had a layer of dust. Unfortunately the space was tiny, the bed creaked loudly, the mattress had a broken spring, and they tried to charge us 20 reais per person per day just to use the minibar, a fee that never appeared in the listing.

Checking in was a breeze and the property is easy to find; the host messaged me with all the details before arrival. It's well situated near the main road and even offers a parking spot right out front, and the interior feels comfortably arranged.
