The staff were trying to help, but honestly, the place was a disaster. The room was filthy, with ants crawling on the bed sheets, and it smelled awful. To make matters worse, the traffic noise was so loud that I barely got any sleep. Overall, the location and facilities were a major letdown.

This place was a complete nightmare - I'd advise against booking it. The hotel is basically falling apart, with a room that reeked and a bathroom that was disgusting. For the same price, you can find way better options, so don't waste your time.

I was really disappointed with my stay - I'd specifically booked a room with hot water, but when I got there, it wasn't working. The staff said they couldn't give me a refund, even though my booking was non-refundable. The room was dirty, the TV didn't work, and the bathroom smelled bad - what a letdown.

This hotel needs a serious renovation before it's ready for guests. Even then, I wouldn't recommend it unless you're really desperate. The door lock was ancient, and if you got locked out, you had to call staff to let you back in. I paid extra for a deluxe room but got a superior one instead - and the staff just shrugged it off. With only two staff members for the whole hotel, it's clear they need to sort themselves out.

The location was convenient, being on the main road to Kuta, and it was quiet during peak season. However, the property didn't feel well maintained - the washbasin had low water pressure, and the room was tiny. If you're just passing through and need a quick place to stay before heading to Sanur for a boat to Nusa or Gilli T, it might be okay, but that's about it.
