“A very nice place to stay in an old town”
The place felt like a pretty oasis in the old city center, close enough to walk to many historic sites, and the staff were very helpful, but traffic on the street was a lot, making walking difficult and there were no sidewalks.

Good breakfast, friendly service, very accommodating, will come again.

We liked Giuseppe’s welcome and our impromptu aperitif in the beautiful hotel garden; breakfast was delicious, the décor was very pretty. All staff were very nice except the last receptionist who treated us poorly, but that’s minor compared to the quality of the stay.
“Does not live up to the name”
The location is the only nice thing about it; the staff were rude and didn’t communicate with each other, which caused problems when paying at the end, the window above the bed was leaking and I was told it was “normal”; do not recommend.

Daniela’s welcome was incredible, she always answered our questions, gave us all the instructions for getting around Palermo, recommended good restaurants, and helped us on arrival in the heat; breakfast was amazing, thanks for everything. It’s a shame Palermo is so dirty.
