The location is great and the views are stunning, enjoyed over a delicious breakfast, but we booked an economy room and it would have been better to upgrade; we could hear noise from other guests and the pillows/mattress were uncomfortable.

The breakfast was good, the room offered a view, the staff were friendly, the pool was nice, and the location was convenient.

The hotel is pretty, well situated, and the staff are very friendly. Our room, which was comfortable and had a lovely view, was located under the dining area and we could hear chairs moving.

The outdoor bar was great, and Luigi upstairs was excellent. The hotel’s central location was also ideal, and the building was clean. The room we booked should never have been marketed as suitable for two people; it was tiny and unsuitable for our needs. We made a booking error, but that room still shouldn’t appear on the available list. It was so small that there was no space for two pieces of luggage, the closets were almost a joke, and there was barely room to walk around the bed. The shower was hard to enter, and no conditioner was provided, only soap and shampoo. I found a small cardboard vanity box with a tiny tube of conditioner, but when I opened it, it leaked pure liquid. I have stayed here many times and this was one of the worst breakfasts I’ve ever had. I’m shocked this is a four‑star hotel.
