Being smack in the middle of everything was great—walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, Starbucks, and convenience stores, with easy access to the main road and side streets. The area around the pool stayed dirty, with the same trash in the courtyard the whole time; we didn’t get extra towels for a week‑long stay, the pool lounge chairs need replacing, and the pool cover should be better marked or levelled to avoid falls.

The location was excellent, right by the beach, and Starbucks was just across the street; the pool added a nice touch. Parking was an issue, and the check‑out instructions could have been sent two days before departure or included with the check‑in details.

The room was the right size and the location was perfect for us, and we enjoyed our stay. However, loud neighbours and people who didn’t follow the rules—especially the young crowd—made it noisy and disrespectful of the facilities.

I was thrilled to find the hotel right across from the ocean, and parking never caused me any trouble. However, the room photos I saw online didn’t match what we actually got, which was disappointing because that was the main reason I chose this place.
