The apartment is warm and welcoming, giving the feeling of being at home. Even though it’s an older building, the wonderful hospitality from Mrs. Ines makes the minor shortcomings feel secondary, like staying with friends.

The owner was wonderful! The location is perfect for sightseeing. I wouldn’t recommend it for partying in the apartment.

The location is great, close to the Arc de Triomphe, markets, cafés, restaurants, and the metro line. Inês’s service was excellent! We were four adults, the apartment has one double bedroom and two sofa‑beds in the living room. The apartment is on the 4th floor and during the week we stayed the elevator was broken because of vandalism by someone the week before. 😒

We kept arriving late and the host was incredibly gracious and kind about our delayed arrival. The apartment was very spacious, had three separate beds, was well air‑conditioned—helpful during the heat wave in Paris—and had a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. It was very close to a metro stop and an Aldi where we did most of our shopping. Overall, it was a very, very good experience. One of the futon beds in the living area was a bit lumpy. Just so people are aware, it was a fourth‑floor apartment, so there were four flights of stairs to climb. There was a very small elevator that helped a lot with our luggage transport. Decorations were somewhat bare‑bones/quirky, but it was very spacious.
