Overall, it’s acceptable for the price. The staff are super friendly and helpful! The place is very noisy – traffic noise is loud and starts around 5 a.m. The facilities feel outdated, though everything is clean enough. The room lighting was very poor.

Andy was a great host and very helpful with everything we needed. The hotel was very clean thanks to the cleaning girl. We definitely recommend it.

I spent the last night of the Bon Jovi Forever tour at this place, and the spot is spot‑on for any Wembley event, plus the rate was solid. Manager Andy was super friendly and went out of his way to make us feel at home and sort any request. The only gripe was that the blinds were a bit too light‑permeable for my taste – a minor quibble, honestly 😂
