The staff were very friendly, and when we left our AirPods behind they reached out to arrange a return—great service! The food could use some tightening up; a simpler menu with a fish, a meat, and a vegetarian option would raise the quality, and the prices are reasonable but not high. The beds feel a bit Spartan 😄

The location was spot‑on. However, the upgrade we had already paid for and approved was not honored upon arrival, and the staff kept insisting that “the computer is right” even after we showed our booking. We ended up booking another hotel for extra guests and ski passes, and the customer service remained unhelpful afterward. They acknowledged the extra payment but denied any refund for the missing upgrade, citing irrelevant terms and conditions.

The place has a good location, friendly staff, and a lively bar atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food quality slipped this year—the scrambled eggs were pretty grim, the evening menu choices were subpar, and the coffee machines were overcrowded during peak times.

The location makes it easy to hit the slopes, and the evening food and drinks are plentiful and tasty. The staff are friendly, and the room offers a beautiful view. Only a brief wait sometimes occurs when catching a lift up, but everything else was great.

The proximity to the slopes and the views are excellent. There were a few stock shortages that disrupted the buffet service.
