Como os hóspedes avaliam o hotel, aspecto a aspecto.
The room wasn’t ready when I checked in at 18h. The hotel’s sign and the booking description claimed bathroom accessories were included, which turned out to be false. The sheets and duvet were dirty. Thankfully they swapped the bedding, and we left the duvet in the closet with the pillows, which you can imagine were in the same state.
