When my daughter left her toy in the lobby for about 10 minutes, it disappeared, and when my husband asked the staff to review the cameras, they didn’t take the issue seriously and left us to search for the toy on our own; we never found it.

The breakfast/lunch/dinner selection is good, the heated pool is a plus, mini‑golf is available, and the mattresses on the beds are comfortable; the rooms were repaired a few times, likely because the last major renovation was over 15 years ago.

The room was small and oddly shaped, and the bathroom was very inconvenient; the staff were friendly and the place was clean, but when I requested a swap for a larger, nicer room like during my previous stay, they didn’t manage to do it this time.

The property felt clean and welcoming, with beautiful views and pools, a lovely beach, and fabulous restaurants offering something for everyone; the entertainment was great, and there’s a quiet pool for those who prefer it; it’s close to shopping, just a 10‑minute drive to the city center, with a bus right outside that runs every few minutes and a taxi also available.
