Breakfast was really great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was big and clean upon arrival. Breakfast was great but was concerned when I was given a breakfast coupon for 2 adults, 2 kids. We booked a room for 2 adults and 3 kids. I was assured at the front desk that all children could eat for free with our room reservation. Room service provided clean towels but only made 1 bed, not the 2nd double bed my kids used, not the pullout bed either

The location was good and the bartender was very nice, but the customer service was horrible and the front desk staff didn't speak; I was paying for a room with a living room and a kitchen and that didn't happen.
