Arriving late was fine, but the staff lacked courtesy.
Good location and value for money; no issues.
Beautiful, flower‑filled hotel with a magnificent view of the Aravis massif; the room was comfortable, breakfast served at the table was excellent, and the owner was welcoming and gave great advice on accessibility and local sights; I recommend this hotel.
The staff were extremely friendly, especially the lady who was kind not only to me but to everyone; the room was well equipped and spotless—no complaints from my high standards for cleanliness; the place was quiet with a stunning view of the Aravis, perfect for hiking; the free shuttle to Clusaz’s center runs only once an hour and ends around 18:00, so you need to arrive before the last trip.
