B&B La Veranda - Iseo

The hosts were incredibly attentive, a very sweet couple! The location was spot on in the city center, close to the pier for boat trips, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The lake view was gorgeous, and breakfast was served on the balcony.

“Perfect location, lovely people & veranda”

The place is in a great spot, and the beautiful veranda is shared between just two rooms, making it perfect for unwinding and watching life pass by. An elderly couple runs it, so it feels like staying with grandparents; we arrived around noon and they welcomed us with warm focaccia and beer or wine, which was very thoughtful. Breakfast arrives on a tray on the veranda for each room. I wish I spoke more Italian to chat properly with them. The room is a good size with a comfortable bed. The toilet uses a macerator, so it can be noisy, and it leaked slightly at the base.

Great location near the harbor and restaurants. The room was clean but a bit old-fashioned. The owners were friendly and very kind. The bed wasn’t very good, and the air conditioning could have been more effective.

“Sconsigliato. Mi dispiace per i gestori che comunque sono persone gentili.”

The spot is excellent, right in the center and just steps from the lake, and parking is a few minutes' walk. The rooms weren’t clean, the toilet was extremely loud—noise even when turning taps or showering. The metal chairs on the veranda were rusted, the tablecloth was dirty, and next to the breakfast table they left a bucket full of trash. Twice a week the market is right below, and you wake up at 5 am to the noise.

“Come a casa di amici”

The location is in the heart of the city, parking is 100 m away, but the owner drove us in his car. Drinks are available in the fridge, and breakfast is on the balcony. Nothing to complain about.
