Alta Vista was a great spot! The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and especially nice to my kids. Our room was spacious and clean, and we appreciated the complimentary items provided daily. The place is peaceful and serene, which made our stay even more relaxing. My kids absolutely loved seeing the monkeys and, of course, the bathtub! The price was very affordable, and I truly feel that every peso we spent was worth it. There were a few minor mishaps during our stay, but the staff took the time to explain their policies and made sure to make things right with us. I really appreciated how they handled the situation. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable stay for me and my kids. Definitely worth staying at Alta Vista, and we’d happily come back again! It’s a bit far from everything, but scheduled shuttle services are provided, which is really helpful. For us, though, since we only stayed for a short time and were mostly out exploring, we preferred having places that were within walking distance. Still, the peaceful location and shuttle service made the distance manageable.

I like the food and the ambiance of the hotel. The long walk from the entrance is a bit annoying.

The view and pool are beautiful. Rooms aren’t cleaned every day and breakfast is very poor.
